Main Street Elementary is a Pre-K - 8 School. The general curriculum is supported by the following textbooks: Success for All Reading, Everyday Mathematics, and Scott Foresman Science, Social Studies, and Music. In addition, students receive extra help using Reading Recovery (grade 1) and computer assisted programs such as Achieve 3000 (reading), First in Math and Apangea (math). Extracurricular programs include: (K-2) “Sing to Learn” (Pre-K-2) and General Music (Pre-K-8), football, basketball, volley ball, cheerleading, soccer, baseball, softball, track, Freedom School, and afterschool club activities.
